For restaurants and hospitality professionals, ANCARI provides independent, project-based advisory support, focused on creative direction, concept development, and culinary refinement. All collaborations are limited in scope and duration and do not involve operational management, staffing responsibility, or ongoing executive roles.

Founder & Executive Chef, ANCARI
Born in Sardinia, Italy, Chef Antonio Satta is the CEO, Founder, and creative mind behind ANCARI. With over 15 years of international culinary experience, he has built a distinguished career across Michelin-starred restaurants, five-star hotels, and exclusive private dining ventures in London, Dubai, and Zürich.
Having trained under world-renowned chefs at Gordon Ramsay Restaurants and led acclaimed kitchens such as Armani/Ristorante Dubai and Five Zürich Hotel, Chef Antonio blends precision, creativity, and a global perspective in every dish.
Driven by a deep passion for excellence and authenticity,
Chef Antonio created ANCARI with a clear vision: to deliver exceptional, intimate dining experiences that create lasting memories, while also educating and inspiring others through the art of gastronomy.
His cuisine reflects the perfect balance between refined technique and soulful authenticity — a true expression of his Italian heritage and his belief that food is not only to be tasted, but to be remembered.
